Meet Tracey Haynes, location manager at White Lady Funerals Mayfield

What do you enjoy about your job?
What I like about the job and working in this industry is helping families in this difficult time of their life and planning the funerals they want for their loved ones. I enjoy working with my colleague Jenny who is very good in public relations and very involved in the community life. We visit nursing homes and clergy at our local churches.

How long have you been location manager?
I joined InvoCare not long ago and recently became a location manager. However, I have been in the funeral industry for 4 years.

What do you enjoy in your spare time?

I like to keep myself fit at the gym club. When it is not windy we go to the Newcastle beaches where I paddleboard while my husband surfs.

Are there any special community groups you work with or support?

We support, visit and organise a lot of events at local palliative care centres and nursing homes.
