Managing the paperwork
We’ll make sure the essential funeral documentation is completed and help you understand anything else you may need to take care of.
We’ll take care of the burial arrangements for your loved one and guide you through every step.
When you choose a burial, there are decisions about where your loved one will rest and how you’d like to say goodbye. Your Funeral Director will guide you through those decisions and coordinate the practical arrangements on your behalf.
We will take care of all the practical arrangements and administration involved in the burial of a loved one.
Bringing them into our care
When your loved one passes, you can call us anytime, day or night. We will bring them into our care until it’s time to say goodbye.
Liaising with the burial ground
We’ll liaise with the cemetery, memorial park or other burial location on your behalf, including coordinating the date and time of the burial.
Handling the paperwork
We’ll take care of the required documentation and help arrange any permits needed for the burial.
There are a few choices to make when arranging a burial. Your Funeral Director will talk you through the options and help you decide what feels right.
If your loved one hasn’t already chosen a burial place, we’ll help you explore the options. This might be a cemetery, memorial park or another burial location, with options for burial below ground or above-ground interment in a mausoleum.
We’ll help you choose a coffin or casket that feels right for your loved one, from traditional styles to personalised and eco-friendly options. If you’d like your loved one to be buried in a shroud, we can apply for the necessary permission.
You can choose how you’d like the burial to take place. You might hold a funeral service at a church, funeral home or another venue followed by a committal at the graveside, have the service at the graveside itself, or have a burial without a service.
Whether your family already has a burial plot or needs to arrange one, your Funeral Director can help you understand what’s required and liaise with the cemetery or memorial park on your behalf.
We offer a range of funeral services to help you plan a farewell that feels right.
The cost of a funeral depends on the type of service and personalisation. Your Funeral Director will talk through your options, so you understand what’s included and what it will cost.
Always under our care
From the moment your loved one comes into our care, they will be looked after by our team, in our funeral homes, and transported in our vehicles.
Included every time
Every White Lady funeral includes the essential services, including all administrative and legal requirements, transportation, and mortuary care.
Choose what feels right
From the flowers to the venue, choose the details that feel right for your loved one. We’ll talk you through options and costs, so you can decide what to include.
Take the time you need
Your loved one can stay in our care while your family makes arrangements, or while family and friends travel to be there. There’s no additional cost for this time.
If your loved one’s faith or culture has specific burial traditions or requirements, let your Funeral Director know. We’ll work with you to make sure they’re followed in accordance with your traditions.
