Meet Carmen

How long have you been a funeral arranger?
As of now in 2025, I have been a Funeral Director for 3 years. I joined the industry as I felt it was an honour to assist people and help them through what can be one of the hardest chapters in their lives.

What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
My favourite thing about being a Funeral Director is working with the families and community. I also enjoy speaking to people about the funeral industry and help them understand a little bit more about what we do.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare times?
In my spare time, I love going to the beach, anywhere near the ocean is my happy place. I also enjoy fishing and being with my family.

What’s one thing people don’t know about you?

I enjoy watching true crime documentaries and listening to pod casts.

Do you speak any other languages?

I have been learning how to speak German, but I am still at a beginner level.

What do you like about your local area?

Camden has a beautiful county atmosphere and Liverpool has a wonderfully diverse community.

What’s the most remarkable funeral you’ve ever arranged?

I have arranged lots of funerals that have had a profound impact on me, and each one is special.

What charities does your brand/location support in your area?

White Lady Liverpool supports one of our local knitting clubs who help us to donate beanies and blankets to some of the local nursing homes and White Lady Camden has been working with our local Vinnies to help support our community.

What makes your brand special?

White Lady Funerals is special because of the team that we have behind the brand. Many of us live and breath what we do and take so much pride in the care we provide to our families. What makes this possible is the support and guidance that our team provides to each other.

What song would you play at your funeral and why?

Landslide by Fleetwood has always been a song that I have found special.
