Funeral service
The funeral service is a time to come together and say goodbye to your loved one. It can be held at a funeral home, place of worship, crematorium chapel or another venue you choose.
We’ll take care of the cremation arrangements for your loved one and guide you through every step.
When you choose a cremation, there are decisions about where your loved one will rest and how you’d like to say goodbye. Your Funeral Director will guide you through those decisions and coordinate the practical arrangements on your behalf.
We will take care of all the practical arrangements and administration involved in the cremation of a loved one.
Bringing them into our care
When your loved one passes, you can call us anytime, day or night. We will bring them into our care until it’s time to say goodbye.
Liaising with the crematorium
We’ll liaise with the crematorium on your behalf, including coordinating the date and time of the cremation.
Handling the paperwork
We’ll take care of the required documentation and help arrange any permits needed for the cremation.
There are a few choices to make when arranging a cremation. Your Funeral Director will talk you through the options and help you decide what feels right.
You’ll choose an urn for your loved one’s ashes and decide what you’d like to do with them after the cremation. You might keep them at home, inter them in a cemetery or memorial park, or scatter them somewhere meaningful.
You may choose a funeral service before the cremation, a memorial service at a later date, or a cremation without a service. The service could take place at a funeral home, place of worship, crematorium chapel or another venue.
If your loved one is being cremated, you will still need to choose a coffin or casket. We’ll help you choose a coffin or casket that feels right for your loved one, from traditional styles to personalised options.
If you choose a cremation with a funeral service, we’ll arrange the service and cremation for you.

After the funeral service, your loved one will be cremated. If the service is held somewhere other than the crematorium, we’ll arrange their transfer there on your behalf.
3
Once the cremation is complete, we’ll arrange for your loved one’s ashes to be returned to you in your chosen urn.
Some families choose a cremation without a funeral service, with the option to hold a memorial or gathering at a later date. If this feels right for your family, we’ll arrange the cremation and can help you plan a memorial afterwards.
After the cremation, your loved one’s ashes will be returned to you in your chosen urn. You may wish to keep them at home, inter them in a cemetery or memorial park, scatter them somewhere meaningful, or share them among family members.
Your Funeral Director can help you choose an urn and talk you through the different memorial options available.
We offer a range of funeral services to help you plan a farewell that feels right.
The cost of a funeral depends on the type of service and personalisation. Your Funeral Director will talk through your options, so you understand what’s included and what it will cost.
