If there’s a place that was special to your loved one, we will help you hold their farewell there. A chapel is one option, but it has never been the default.

When White Lady Funerals was established in 1987, it offered something the Australian funeral industry had rarely seen before: a different approach to caring for families during life's most difficult moments.
At a time when the profession was largely male-led and traditional in its approach, White Lady was founded by women who believed funeral care could be more personal, more compassionate and more focused on the individual needs of each family.

Yes. We help families of every faith, culture, and belief. Our specialists come from many backgrounds and speak many languages. If a tradition needs to be observed exactly, we observe it exactly.
Live streaming means people can attend a funeral from anywhere in the world. During 2020, we learned to hold a service for five people and stream it to five hundred. We bring the room to them. Live streaming, recordings, orders of service sent ahead, a granddaughter reading from another time zone.
Distance changes the logistics. It does not have to change who can say goodbye. A small service is now a choice rather than a compromise, and streaming has become the standard rather than an exception.
