Meet Nicole
How long have you been in the funeral industry?
I have been working in the funeral industry as an arranger since 2019. Prior to that, my professional experience involved working in schools, primarily in administration and as a teacher's aide. Transitioning into the funeral industry has allowed me to utilise my organisational and interpersonal skills in a different context, supporting families during difficult times
What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
What I love about being a funeral arranger is the opportunity to meet and support beautiful families during their time of need. It's a role that requires providing help and direction, which can be challenging and heartbreaking at times. However, despite the emotional demands, I find it to be the most rewarding job I've ever had. Being able to make a difference in people's lives during such a sensitive period is truly fulfilling.
Honoured to
stand beside you as you say farewell
Nicole and the White Lady Team at Toronto NSW provided the most professional funeral service from start to finish and we were very happy with every aspect of their service. Their professionalism, care, compassion, and respect for our daughter, Bianca, made the whole process bearable for us. We thank the White Lady Team and our celebrant, Sharon, for the faultless management of Bianca's funeral service.
