I enjoy spending time with my family, participating in yoga and getting out into nature. I love going on holidays and visiting family in the country.
Are there any special community groups you work with or support?
I volunteer at Share the Dignity, which is a women's charity that is dedicated to helping women experiencing homelessness and domestic violence.

The loss of a loved one is an emotional and painful time, our experience with White Lady Funerals at Charmhaven was amazing, nothing was too big or small, their compassion for our family was genuine. They took time to get to know us and to make sure our mum (and us) were supported and our feelings / needs were understood when saying goodbye to her husband of more than 60 years.
Kay Cowley and her team at Charmhaven arranged all aspects of the service for my late mother. They did so with care and respect and left nothing to chance. The recommended contacts for flowers, service booklet preparation and celebrant were thoughtful and efficient. Communication was clear on all aspects of the process and there were no surpises. The reassuring presence by the White Ladies on the day of the service was warm and sensitive. We were extremely satisfied and would recommend White Lady funerals to anyone.
