Praises to Tracy Pointer and the White Lady Funeral team at Epping, Vic. Tracy's care and guidance through the planning of our father's funeral service recently, was exemplary.
She understood our family's needs and ideas completely, as well as the sort of farewell we wanted for our dad. She went over and above in ensuring everything ran smoothly. It felt like she was part of our family the way she cared for us. Tracy showed respect, friendship and light-heartedness (when we needed it), and understanding, especially towards our mother, who was understandably overwhelmed with grief. We received several positive compliments on how beautifully the service flowed.
I could not be happier with White Ladies, they were wonderful. Leanne and the team at Mornington were just so caring, and real, and genuine. It's been such a very sad time and they guided me through everything without rushing. They worked behind the scenes and tied everything together with the celebrant (Carol who was wonderful), the DVD tribute people (They also were also so very caring and helpful, also very quick and efficient and communication was great), the cemetery and everything else that has to be done. They just made it so much easier for me and I could never thank them enough. It's such a wonderful service that they offer with the most caring people. Thank You...
