At White Lady Kelvin Grove, we have supported families with everything from intimate at-home ceremonies to large outdoor gatherings. However you choose to honour your loved one, we will help you create a meaningful farewell.

Chapel

Gather in our chapel – a calm and welcoming space that can be personalised with flowers, music and other meaningful touches.

Seats 120 guests with additional standing room for up to 30 guests.

Two arrangement rooms

Meet with one of our Funeral Specialists to discuss your loved one’s wishes and start planning their service.

Audiovisual

Show photos, play videos and share music on chapel screens to celebrate your loved one’s life.

Refreshments room

Spend time with family and friends in our refreshment room, a space for sharing stories and refreshments after the service.

Allocated parking

On-site parking is available for guests. Dedicated parking for 70 cars.

Wheelchair accessible

Our spaces include accessible facilities, such as ramps and amenities.

Live-streaming

Include family and friends who can’t be there in person with live-streaming of the service.

What do you enjoy about your job?

I enjoy having the opportunity to give back to my community and to make a difference to each family I come across during what can be considered one of the most difficult times in their lives.

How long have you been in the funeral industry?

I have been in the industry since January 2016. Before this, I was in the retail and customer service industry for 32 years, and worked across various roles in private and public companies.

What do you enjoy in your spare time?

In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing with my family and friends. I also enjoy watching the AFL, cooking, reading, and fundraising when I can.

Are there any special community groups you work with or support?

Some community groups we support and work with include the Pyjama Foundation, Keperra Country Golf Club, Safe Haven Community and Hummingbird House.

stand beside you as you say farewell

We have now engaged White Lady to farewell our Mum and Dad over the past 14 months. (Mum always wanted a White Lady Funeral.) The approach is comforting and our Funeral Director, Lisa, didn't push high-cost products but showed us what would be best for our wishes. Lisa was lovely and caring. The space is beautiful and serene. And the reception room is onsite for an easy get-together with everyone afterwards. Highly recommend.
