From the first moment your loved one enters our care, we’ll ensure they’re looked after with dignity and respect. When the time comes for the cremation process to begin, we’ll transfer them to our facilities, a trusted partner or a state crematorium, depending on their location. The cremation process then follows several steps, each handled with great care and sensitivity.

Experienced professionals will take great care during the identification process to prevent any errors. The nameplate on your loved one’s coffin will stay with them throughout the process.

Preparing your loved one

Next, your loved one’s body will be prepared for cremation with great care and dignity. At your request, they can have their hair or makeup style in a particular way or be dressed in a favourite outfit.

Personal belongings

Before the cremation begins, you can request to have any personal belongings from your loved one. This could be jewellery, cufflinks or other special items you’d like to hold onto. The staff will also remove any medical devices, implants or prosthetics.

Documentation and communication
