How long have you been a funeral arranger?
I have been an Arranger/Conductor for just over 4 years. I have predominately worked for White Lady but am now managing both Le Pine and White Lady within the Kew East location.
What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
Being an Arranger/Conductor is highly rewarding. I feel I am able to connect well with families and then provide support and guidance at an extremely difficult time. I also work as part of a fantastic team with people dedicated to providing the best possible service they can.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare times?
When I’m not at work I love to spend time with my wonderful family and crazy friends, travel whenever possible because the world is for exploring and potter around my garden.
What’s one thing people don’t know about you?
I have a very cheeky demanding cat whom I love to bits! She was a rescue cat so she needs lots and lots of love.
What do you like about your local area?
My local area has a tight community feel, beautiful leafy streets and lots of excellent cafes and restaurants.
What charities does your brand/location support in your area?
We support the Epilepsy Foundation, local annual community art show which is a significant event in our community, Daffodil Day and Blue Ribbon Foundation.
What makes your brand special?
The team at Kew East are very experienced arrangers and offer great support to families. Care and compassion are paramount when arranging funerals as is pride and belief in our brands.
We have had a strong presence in the community for some years and know that both White Lady and Le Pine, though slightly different as brands can offer the community the professionalism that they would expect from a trusted funeral director.
