Following the ceremony, your loved one can be buried at Toowong Cemetery, one of Brisbane’s most historic cemeteries. It is situated on the slopes of Mt Coot-tha and borders Brisbane's Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha and the Brisbane Forest Park. You also have the choice of any other Crematorium or Cemetery, we will discuss what is most appropriate for your loved one when we meet with you.

Our funeral home is accessible for visitors with wheelchairs and other mobility aids. There are 4 parking spots available at the funeral home and in the surrounding area. There is free parking on Plumridge Street, the side street to our funeral home.

What do you enjoy about your job?
I love being part of the Chelmer and Western suburbs community. Being able to connect with and guide our local families through the process of planning a special farewell for their loved one is a real honour. I really enjoy working with our wonderful team here at Chelmer and the wider White Lady Brisbane teams.
How long have you been a location manager?
I have been the Location Manager at White Lady Funerals Chelmer since February 2019.
What do you enjoy in your spare time?
Taking my dog for walks and to the local water-hole to swim. Catching up with friends and family over coffee, wine and good local food and going to the cinema.
Are there any special community groups you work with or support?
Our team here at Chelmer are very passionate about animal welfare so that is often a strong focus of our community support. We also have close relationships with our local churches. We are always interested in community groups who want to meet with us and discuss how we can work together and how we could offer them support.
