Our People

The team at White Lady Funerals Pennant Hills are with you every step of the way, keeping you informed and guiding you through the arrangements as much or as little as you need.

Meet Ann Martin, location manager at White Lady Funerals Pennant Hills

I commenced with White Lady Funerals in 2005 as a Funeral Arranger. I then moved to Location Manager at White Lady Penrith followed by Community Relations Advisor and enjoyed the diversity of these roles.

My current role is Location Manager at White Lady Pennant Hills where I have had the privilege of returning to working face to face with the customer and mentoring our team. At Pennant Hills we have a chapel and reflection lounge to provide refreshments. This option provides a very personal space for families to hold their service and then move into a time to reflect and share memories with extended family and friends.

This role in my professional career has been like no other. It is a privilege to meet with families and work with them to create an individual service that is true to their loved one's nature and style. To walk them through this journey and have them reflect on the service with warm memories is both professionally and personally rewarding.
