When your loved one passes, you can call us at any time, day or night. Our team will bring them into our care and ensure they are treated with dignity and respect. When you are ready, we can gently guide you through the paperwork and legal requirements, and start planning a service that reflects your loved one.
On the day
Our team will guide the flow of the service, so you can focus on being present with your family. If needed, we can also arrange pallbearers (family, friends or professionals), live-streaming and an online memorial.
After the service
Our support extends beyond the service to everyone who gathers to remember your loved one. We can host receptions or wakes, assist with repatriation interstate or overseas and connect you with grief and bereavement support.What to expect on the day
