White Lady Funerals is committed to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards and to providing an unprecedented level of service to the families that choose us.

Code of Ethics

All White Lady funeral homes are accredited members of the Australian Funeral Directors Association (AFDA) and comply with the AFDA’s Code of Ethics. This code is your reassurance of sincere care and professional service, particularly at a time of uncertainty and distress for grieving family and relatives.

More information about the AFDA and their Code of Ethics is available.

Above the requirements of the AFDA's Code of Ethics, our special ladies uphold our own Code of Conduct to ensure that families that choose White Lady Funerals experience a level of service in advance of anything on offer through alternative providers.

In every Australian state regulations exist that cover providers of funeral services. White Lady Funerals upholds these standards at every level.
White Lady’s funeral directors undergo regular training and development programs and participate in industry forums. This ensures they have the latest information on these regulations and are fully able to meet their requirements. This is just another way we are able to demonstrate our care for the families we are privileged to serve.

Every year White Lady’s female funeral directors give back to the communities we serve by supporting a range of charities, organisations and benevolent programs.
We also offer a variety of unique, public remembrance events each year. For more than ten years White Lady funeral homes have held Mother’s Day and Christmas memorial services.

These events are a special time for people to join together with family, friends and the community as they remember the lives of their loved ones and other inspirational people. We post information about all upcoming events on the website.

Our special ladies are also available to answer any questions you might have about funerals. We invite you to come in to meet our dedicated team of women at one of our funeral homes, or if you would like one of our funeral directors to come and speak to your group, call us on 1300 656 550.

Compliments & complaints procedure

Nothing is as important to White Lady’s female funeral directors as the satisfaction of our families.

The feedback we receive from families is essential to maintaining the quality of our services. If you have any concerns about our service or professionalism, or you would like to pass on a compliment about the service you have experienced, we encourage you to provide us with your comments.

All feedback is taken very seriously and White Lady’s funeral homes will always endeavour to achieve quick and mutually agreeable resolution.

Customer Testimonial

"Dear Tammy,

I just wanted to thank you so very much for everything that you did to make Mum's funeral so special. I was overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion both you and Lillian showed our family. You treated Mum with such dignity and grace. I was so touched to see how you both gave so much of yourselves, with genuine feeling and love. I guess I always thought that people who work in the funeral business would be reserved and a little indifferent, as a self coping mechanism.

I know that Mum would have adored you both and I couldn't have felt more at ease, given I didn't have a clue what to do. Dad was so delighted with the whole service and the peace you have given him is something that will help him to reflect on, as time goes by.

I was very disconnected from most of the people that attended the service, mainly because many were either distant relatives or complete strangers to me. Without your kind gentle guidance, I don't think I would have coped. You truly have a gift -the comfort you provided to our family and I am sure to countless other families, is such an important role. Please take great pride in the incredible work that you do - it is a very noble profession, that helps tremendously in the healing process.

I wish you every happiness in the future and it was an absolute joy to meet you and Lillian."

Warmest wishes,
Victoria Jackson
